After you land:

1. Clear immigration.
2. Pick up your luggage.
3. Clear customs.
4. After customs, turn left and walk down the hallway.
5. Turn right, go straight, and pass two sets of sliding glass doors.
6. Look for the TOUR OPERATOR - HOTEL SHUTTLE EXIT on the left-hand side.
7. Walk straight through that door to meet your CANCUN TRANSFER HOTELS driver.

Our staff wears a light blue shirt and will be holding a sign with YOUR NAME / NAME USED FOR BOOKING.

IMPORTANT: Do NOT take the “Family & Friends” exit — you’ll end up with unauthorized vendors.

Your driver will be outside, in CTH uniform, holding a sign with your name.

After you land:

1. Clear immigration.
2. Pick up your luggage.
3. Clear customs.
4. Walk down the hallway, turn right, and exit through the sliding doors marked TOUR OPERATOR - HOTEL SHUTTLE.

Once outside:

1. No air conditioning
2. To your right: Margaritaville
3. In front: a crowd of drivers with signs

Do NOT cross the pedestrian path.

Do NOT go with anyone not wearing official CANCUN TRANSFER HOTELS gear.

After you land:

4. Follow the hallway, turn right, and exit through the last doors marked TOUR OPERATOR – HOTEL SHUTTLE.

Outside:

1. No air conditioning
2. To your left: Meeting Point Bar & Café
3. You’ll see many drivers with signs

After you land:

1. Head to the private arrivals lounge.
2. Our driver will be inside, holding a sign with your name and the CTH logo.

Where do we meet the driver?
After exiting the plaza, cross the street (I have attached a photo of the crosswalk).
The driver will be waiting next to the OXXO holding a sign with your name, by the crosswalk, near the ticket booth.
You’ll see the taxi area and the OXXO right after you step outside.
