Cancellations: All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours' notice, the customer will be responsible for paying a 50% cancellation fee of the service's price.
Cancellations by the company: We reserve the right to cancel services with at least 24 hours' notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, mechanical issues, or any other circumstance out of our control. In case of cancellation by us, the customer will be fully reimbursed of the service's price.
Price Match Guarantee: We offer a price match guarantee. If you find a lower price offered by a competitor for the same service, you can send us a screenshot or a valid quote obtained through a website or email. We do not accept screenshots or quotes from WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or similar platforms. Price matching is subject to availability depending on many factors including season, holidays and our confirmation.
Delays: We strive to maintain our departure schedules, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will not be responsible for any delay and no refunds will be given for delays.
Responsibility: We are responsible for damages caused to your luggage and belongings during transportation. However, we will not be responsible for any damages or loss of belongings left in the vehicle after the service is completed.
Behavior in the vehicle: Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards other passengers and the driver. Failure to comply with this policy may result in early termination of the service without refund.

No-Show Policy: If a customer does not show up at the agreed upon location and time without prior notice, it will be considered a "No-Show" and the customer will be charged 100% of the service's price.
Waiting Policy: Our drivers will be waiting for the customer at the agreed upon location and time. However, in case of customer delay, a maximum of 30 minutes waiting time will be allowed. If the customer does not show up within 30 minutes, the service will be canceled and the No-Show Policy will apply. If the customer requires a longer waiting time, the company must be notified in advance to discuss additional fees.
