TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Cancellations:
All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time in order to receive a full (100%) refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice, the customer will be responsible for a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.
Cancellations by the Company:
We reserve the right to cancel services with at least 24 hours’ notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, mechanical issues, protests, roadblocks, or any other situation beyond our control. In the event of a cancellation by the company, the customer will receive a full (100%) refund.
Delays:
We strive to maintain our scheduled departure times; however, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any delays and no refunds will be issued as a result of such delays.
Liability:
We are responsible for any damage caused to your luggage and belongings during transportation. However, we are not liable for any damage or loss of items left in the vehicle after the service has concluded.
Passenger Conduct:
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully toward other passengers and the driver. Failure to comply with this policy may result in early termination of the service without a refund.
Service Dogs:
Service dogs are welcome onboard with prior notice and must remain on the floor next to the passenger for the duration of the trip.
Pets:
If you are traveling with a pet, it must be transported inside a rigid carrier (crate) and must remain inside at all times. Pet carriers will be placed in the rear of the vehicle along with the luggage.
Additional Cleaning Fee:
In the event of food or drink spills, strong odors, pet hair, vomiting, or waste, an additional cleaning fee of $65 USD may apply, as these situations can affect the experience of other passengers.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Modifications to Terms and Conditions:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically to stay informed of any changes.
Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country in which the company is located. Any disputes related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved exclusively by the courts of that country.

No-Show Policy:
If a customer fails to show up at the agreed location and time without prior notice, it will be considered a “No-Show” and 100% of the service price will be charged.
Waiting Policy:
Our drivers will wait for the customer at the agreed location and time. In case of customer delay, a maximum of 15 minutes of waiting time will be allowed. If the customer does not show up within that time frame, the service will be canceled and the No-Show policy will apply, charging 100% of the service with no refund or rescheduling. If an extended waiting time is required, the customer must notify the company at least 24 hours in advance to discuss any applicable additional fees.
